CMS Cameron McKenna in Poland strengthens its energy and projects practice |

The law firm has appointed a new partner, Michał Zieniewski, to support
the firm’s continued growth in the energy and projects sector.
 Michał Zieniewski focuses on project finance work,
specialising in independent road and power projects. Michał also
specialises in PPP transactions and was involved in drafting the PPP
legislation in Poland. Recently he has been involved in several project
finance transactions including acting for Gdansk Transport Company on a
EUR 800 million toll motorway project
(A-1) and acting for a consortium of banks led by Depfa on the EUR 100
million project financing for the Katowice-Kraków section of the A-4
toll motorway.
