Tomasz Kurek and Wojciech Koczara have recently joined CMS Cameron
McKenna, a leading law firm in Poland, as new partners in the Real
Estate Department.

 Tomasz Kurek will be head of CMS Cameron McKenna’s
Real Estate Department. During his previous partnerships in Wardyński
& Partners and Baker & McKenzie Gruszczyński & Partners he
was responsible for the coordination and supervision of all legal and
financing issues for real estate transactions. He is a qualified legal
advisor and advocate and is an acclaimed specialist in the fields of
real estate and investments. Other areas of specialty include civil and
administrative law, and dispute resolution.
 Wojciech Koczara is a qualified legal advisor who
previously worked with Clifford Chance Janicka, Namiotkiewicz and
Wspólnicy Sp. k. He has broad experience not only in real estate law
but also in commercial, banking and tax law.
