Jones Lang LaSalle’s expansion

Beata Hryniewska has been appointed Head of Industrial and Logistics Agency. Beata will be responsible for growing Jones Lang LaSalle’s presence in the industrial/warehouse sector in Poland and assisting corporate clients with their requirements. Beata has more then eight years of experience on the Polish Real Estate market and has a national Real Estate Broker Licence.

Bartłomiej Szejba has joined the Project & Development Services Department at Jones Lang LaSalle as Project Manager. He will participate in all activities connected with internal technical advice and providing Project Management services for clients. Previously he worked in ERGON, TESCO and Andersen in Financial Audit Department. Bartłomiej graduated from Technical University of Szczecin with diploma in Civil Engineering and University of Szczecin with diploma in Finance and Banking. In 2002 he also completed the post-graduate studies in the Property Valuation at the Warsaw University of Technology.

Karol Klin has joined the Office Agency Department at Jones Lang LaSalle as Senior Negotiator. Karol has almost five years of experience on the Polish real estate market. For the past two years Karol worked as a commercial broker for Maxon Nieruchomości. He is a licensed real estate broker and property manager. Karol has also certificate from CCIM. He graduated from the Maria Curie-Skłodowska University in Lublin with a MSc diploma in Law as well as Political Science. In 2001 he also completed his post-graduate studies in the Property Valuation. Currently he is in a process of obtaining a MSc degree in Property Appraisal and Management at Sheffield Hallam University.

Jakub Sylwestrowicz has joined the Office Agency Department at Jones Lang LaSalle as Property Negotiator. Previously Jakub worked in ACNielsen Polska and Korea Trade Center where he specialised in the field of market research (both B2B and ad-hoc research). Jakub graduated from the University of Warsaw with a MA diploma in International Relations. In addition, he completed post?graduate studies in International Relations at Warsaw School of Economics in Warsaw.

Richard Walker has joined the Capital Markets Department at Jones Lang LaSalle as Senior Surveyor. His responsibilities will include sourcing side investment opportunities for the Polish Capital Markets team and participating in the team’s acquisition and sale mandates. Richard has worked at Jones Lang LaSalle’s London office for over three years, predominantly concentrating on the investment market in the West End of London. He attained his MSc in Real Estate and his MRICS in 2004, previous to which he studied at the University of Durham reading Social and Economic Geography.
