graduate of Wrocław University (Master of Laws, 1998) and Nijmegen
University, Holland (LL.M. Degree in European Business Law, 1999). She
speaks Polish and English.
Her wealth of experience includes tax advice comprising in particular
transactions support, representing taxpayers in disputes with customs
and tax authorities, planning and assistance in the implementing tax
effective structures for business activities in Poland and abroad, tax
risk management in Polish and multinational enterprises, tax effective
management of intellectual property rights, international tax planning,
advice on VAT, customs duties and excise and tax effective supply chain
management.
Agata Nieżychowska, certified tax advisor, senior associate, member of
the Tax Advisory Team and graduate of Szczecin University (Master of
Laws, 1999). She speaks Polish and English.
During her career she has advised on tax and legal aspects of
operations of international investment funds in Poland and provided
comprehensive transaction and restructuring support, including for
mergers and acquisitions. She has been involved in tax issues connected
with mergers, acquisitions and other types of restructuring of
operations, tax structuring of foreign real estate investment in
Poland, pre-acquisition tax advice including tax due diligence
projects, post-acquisition tax planning, due diligence and cost
segregation projects and other tax services related to the nature of
the finalized transaction as well as general tax compliance projects.

Szymon Daszuta, associate, member of the Tax Advisory Team and graduate
of Gdańsk University (Master of Laws, 2003). He speaks Polish and
English.
Szymon’s main area of professional interest is with tax litigation. To
date he has been involved in a great number of tax litigation projects,
including assistance to clients in fiscal and administrative court
proceedings. Szymon has also participated in various tax projects
concerning international structuring and foreign investments in Poland,
with a particular focus on special economic zones.
Dariusz Stolarek, associate, member of the Tax Advisory Team and
graduate of Łódź University (Master of Laws, 2004). He speaks Polish
and English.
He specializes in tax issues regarding all aspects of foreign
investment in Polish real estate. His particular areas of expertise
include: international tax structuring involving planning and
implementation of new operational structures for foreign investors in
Poland, financing, acquisition, construction and use of real estate as
well as exit scenarios for corporate investors. He also has wide
experience in transaction and restructuring advice, including M&A
and fiscal aspects of the retail market. He has participated in
projects to set up internal tax risk management procedures.
