EC Harris in Poland has promoted Marcin Klammer to the position of Country Manager following the departure of Ian Church
 Marcin has been with EC Harris for eight years and has played a central
role in the success of the Polish offices’ during that time. He has
been responsible for many of the offices’ projects including the
delivery of the Stary Browar retail scheme in Poznań, which recently
received international acclaim for the quality of its design and
development.
Mike Pearce, regional Partner for EC Harris, said: “The appointment of
Marcin is a key milestone in the development of our Polish business. It
indicates the strength of our Polish team and the confidence that EC
Harris has in the Polish operation as a whole.
“Ian Church has led the office for the last couple of years and has
continued to develop the reputation of EC Harris as the leading
consultancy in its field. We wish him well for the future and thank him
for his leadership he has shown during his time with us.”

The Polish team has had considerable success in recent years. It has
won the coveted Services Consultant of the year award in central Europe
for the past two years and has successfully delivered award-winning
projects such as the Intercontinental Hotel in Warsaw, the acclaimed
Stary Browar in Poznań and most recently the 100,000m2 Silesia City
Centre retail scheme in Katowice. In addition EC Harris is a strategic
advisor to the Polish road authority GDDKiA and is extending its
services into the infrastructure sector.
EC Harris has been active in Poland for 13 years. A permanent office in
Warsaw was opened in 1996 and a further office in Wroclaw in 2000. The
operation employs over 55 staff and is part of the European network of
EC Harris offices.
