Mathieu Giguere has been appointed the new Head of Associate Offices in
EMEA of Cushman & Wakefield Healey & Baker, taking over from
Ralph Holland. Mathieu’s new function will cover Associate offices in
17 countries (i.e. Bulgaria, Finland, Israel, Romania and Turkey).
Mathieu, who is a graduate in Finance and Administration from HEC
Montreal, Canada, joined C&W/H&B’s Warsaw office in 2000 as
Head of Advisory Services, becoming an Associate in 2004. Before
entering the real estate market in Poland, he gained experience in the
investment and banking sector (working for retail bank in Canada “The
Royal Bank of Canada”). He speaks French and English fluently and
understands Polish.
David Jones has become Head of Advisory Services and Associate at
Cushman & Wakefield Healey & Baker’s Warsaw office, replacing
Mathieu Giguere in January 2006. David will be responsible for
developing and coordinating valuation and consultancy across all
sectors of the Polish Commercial Markets. Together with his team he
will monitor all sectors of commercial property markets in Poland on a
national and regional basis, maintaining a solid expertise and an
extensive database on the Polish real estate market. David graduated in
Estate Management at The Royal Agricultural College, Cirencester, UK.
David is a Professional Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered
Surveyors. He gained experience working for King Sturge and DTZ. David
is British and has worked in the Polish market since April 2002.

Marcin Jański was transferred from Retail Department to Capital Markets
Group of Cushman & Wakefield Healey & Baker. In the retail
department he was responsible for co-ordination of the leasing strategy
for Arkady Wrocławskie and search for retail units for one of the
leading banks. In the Capital Markets Group he will be responsible for
securing mandates on all types of commercial property investments,
focusing on the regional cities as investors are now focusing their
interest there. Marcin has a master degree in economics from The
Economics Academy in Wrocław. He also has a “Consultant in Real-Estate
Investment” postgraduate degree from the Warsaw School of Economics.
Marcin worked for “Browary Mieszczańskie” Ltd. as the General Manager,
for PPH DEXPOL S.A. as Development and Property Manager and for Fashion
First S.A. in Wrocław as Operations Manager. He speaks English fluently
and German on basic level. His hobby is travelling and music.
Alicja Sitkowska joined Advisory Department at Cushman & Wakefield
Healey & Baker. She graduated from the Warsaw School of Economics,
specialty: international economic and political relations, path of
studies - Real Estate management. She has started postgraduate studies
on the Real Estate Valuation at Warsaw Technical University, Department
of Architecture. Previously she has worked for Comarch and „Wiedza i
Praktyka” Publishing House. Alicja speaks English and German fluently,
Russian on intermediate level and knows the basis of Spanish. Her
hobbies are horse riding and latino dances.
