Krześniak Dr. Eligiusz Krześniak has extensive experience in advising clients from the telecommunications and media sector both in regulatory matters and takeovers of operators active on the Polish market. He has been involved in significant infrastructure and privatization transactions. Eligiusz Krześniak has also been involved in preparation and negotiation of agreements concerning the acquisition of enterprises and concerning the assembly, servicing, and licensing of computer systems for banks, insurance companies and suppliers of computer and telecommunications equipment.

    Dr Eligiusz Krześniak is an advocate and a member of the Warsaw Bar of Advocates. He is also a member of the ORA Commission on training of junior advocates and a member of the Commission on Foreign Contacts of the Supreme Advocates' Council and acts as a mediator at the Center for Economic Mediation at the Polish Arbitration Association and as an arbitrator at the Lewiatan Polish Confederation of Private Employers. He delivers lectures to trainee legal advisors and advocates in Warsaw.
    Eligiusz Krześniak has a Master of Laws degree from the Department of Law and Administration at the University of Wrocław, where he was therefore granted a Ph.D. He also studied at the Philipps Universität of Marburg, and at the Rheinische Fredrich-Wilhelms Universität in Bonn. His studies in Germany focused on civil, business and European law. Then Eligiusz Krześniak studied at the State University of North Carolina at Charlotte where he focused on commercial law. In 2000 he finished a course at the State University of California in Los Angeles. He is an author of books and numerous articles on the subject of Polish, German and American corporate, commercial and telecommunications law.
