Salans Warsaw Office enlarges ITS Real Estate Practice Group |
 Monika Sitowicz has joined SALANS Warsaw office. With her arrival the
real estate practice group, headed by Marek Grodek, has swollen to 10
members.
Monika was admitted to the Warsaw bar in 2004. She graduated from
Warsaw University, Faculty of Law and Administration (Master of Laws,
1998) and the English and European Law School at Warsaw University in
conjunction with Cambridge University (1998). She is also a Warsaw
University graduate of oriental studies (1998). She speaks Polish,
English and Italian.

She specializes in real estate, corporate and commercial law, as well
as in competition and consumer law. She has handled transactions
involving purchase and lease of real estate, and has experience in
advising foreign companies, including in areas such as mergers and
acquisitions. |
