Poland and Ukraine win bid for UEFA 2012 finals |

2012 will be a great year for hosting sports events - the Olympics in
London and the EUFA finals in Poland and Ukraine. The BPCC supported
the Polish football association's bid from the outset.

The UEFA decision will benefit Poland in terms of new investment in
sports, tourism and transport infrastructure and will strengthen
economic ties with Ukraine. Shares in Polish construction companies
listed on the Warsaw stock exchange soared, while analysts worry about
possible overheating in the sector.
