Mix Group, a Krakow developer with over 20 years of experience, is associated with the office real-estate market.

Now, a prime apartment complex in Konstancin-Jeziorna, a fashionable up-market Warsaw dormitory, has appeared in the Mix Group portfolio.

Mix Group is a well-known Krakow developer which and office-building portfolio of about 60,000m2. This includes new and modernised buildings adapted to modern standards. Mix Group looks after the comfort of its tenants, selecting the location potential of buildings within crucial parts of a city.

Office developers are increasingly looking around at other areas of activity that can open new business possibilities. If an opportunity arises, they take it. This is a new trend on the Polish market – developers known for their office buildings are deciding to build apartment complexes. This is good news for those who are looking for something unique in the prime standard and in an excellent location.

Mix Group has just accomplished its first exclusive complex of 12 apartments ranging in size from 150m2 to 330m2. The complex consists of three buildings in Konstancin-Jeziorna (ulica Dworcowa 13). This is a special moment for Mix Group, which, by investing in a residential complex in Poland’s most famous villa town, proves that leaving the comfort zone can be an excellent choice.

The complex, maintained in a classic style, refers to the architecture of Konstancin's old villa buildings. The buildings are arranged around an internal, square courtyard which is the centre of an urban composition.

As far as prime buildings are concerned, every detail is important, including the landscape. Precisely designed greenery, flower beds and places to relax emphasise the exclusive character of the property. The classic architectural style has been combined with modern housing and technological solutions that guarantee comfort and functionality. Such a careful approach and attention to every detail create a space that gives the feeling of living in a unique place. Anyone who has ever dreamed of living in a villa, can today fulfil this dream, without having to invest in the entire property, but by purchasing one of the available apartments.

This property can satisfy the most demanding customer looking for an apartment in a highly desirable location. The individual apartments are larger than what’s usually on offer (150, 180, 300 and 330m2 units), on one or two levels or with an mezzanine; the three-metre high ceilings create a sense of spaciousness; each apartment has individual air conditioning, while the complex has lifts, a modern boiler room, green areas for shared use, security fencing with round-the-clock security monitoring, and underground garages with sufficient parking spaces. Its central location provides an easy access to a kindergarten, a primary school, a bus stop, a market and a playground; there is a park and a river in the vicinity.

Prime apartments make the aging districts shine again. It is also a huge benefit for the city, which, by gaining a beautiful facility, becomes more attractive to all its residents. Therefore, it is even more satisfying that such an experienced developer as Mix Group is looking for new opportunities, expanding its portfolio with new properties and setting a new direction on the market.
