Legal and tax aspects of delegating employees - Poznań

On the 8th of March 2017 a seminar ,,Legal and tax aspects of delegation of employees” was held in Poznań.

The meeting was based on the expertise of professionals representing law firm Rödl & Partner, and took place in the company headquarters. The event was co organized by the British Polish Chamber of Commerce.

Speakers raised the most current issues related to the topic, focusing on the lately empowered legislative changes, and on the analysis of specific examples, based on their professional practice. Participants had the opportunity to take notice of practical tips, as the experts stressed the importance of various nuances of newly established law, that are easy to overlook, but can cause fatal trouble in the form of overwhelming financial penalties.

Main agenda included exploring current challenges employers are facing, focusing on the new obligations introduced to legislation, and also in response to questions asked by the audience, analysis of the regulations from the specific industries perspective. Experts presented minimum conditions of employment with particular emphasis on delegation, as well as in reference to the subject in the context of the tax laws implemented within European Union.

The entire event took the form of a discussion panel ith numerous questions asked to the experts. The  networking part turned out to be a great opportunity for a personal exchange of view on the subject with each of the experts.
